I was fortunate to work with Julian on a Manufacturer's Defect/Lemon Law case against a luxury car brand and was so glad I had Julian to represent me.

From the first call with him, it was clear he was very knowledgeable, he had excellent insight of the Lemon Law and automobile manufacture industry and knew exactly how to handle this challenging case. Julian was able to coordinate several experts to build our case and his strategies were always clearly presented to me to understand.   Julian worked wonders for my wife and I. A couple years after our bankruptcy discharge an old creditor tried to collect on us again. My wife went in to see if anything could be done, and he took care of it right away.  It's nice knowing he hadn't forgotten about us. His knowledge in his field is very extensive.  Not all attorneys are the same. We had tried another attorney prior, and he was slow to move and didn't seem to display a whole lot of knowledge in this field. After a 10 min.   We were referred to Julian years ago for a lawsuit. It was complex and intertwined with workers comp etc and we had worked with another attorney who failed us miserably. 
Julian was a breath of fresh air! He has a way of calming your fears but is still realistic, and his sense of humor lightens the mood. I valued this aspect Julian brought to the table because you don't want false hope but on the opposite side of the spectrum you don't want doom and gloom. 
He settled our case for a very agreeable amount. We forged a friendship after that and of course being a business owner in the state of California leaves you vulnerable and his services were needed again a few years later. He helped us with a business bankruptcy and was there every step of the way.

  Julian McMillian, super attorney?  YES, he is!  Very easy going and never once judged me for being in the situation I was in.  This made it very easy for me to talk to him, which in the long run kept me from getting farther and farther in debt.  Everything Julian said was going to happen; happened.  No hidden surprises or hidden fee's.  He is a man of his word and really knows the in's and out's of bankruptcy.   Give him a try you won't be sorry!  I wasn't the easiest of client's for Julian that is for sure, but he was always very patient and polite.  Thank you Julian!
